About the event
The Roads and Conservation Committee invites you to discover the beauty and diversity of bird life on Eight Mile Point. Join Wildlife Biologist Robin Craigwho will lead you through the McLean Reserve’s best birding spots, helping to point out and identify, by sight, ear and behavior, many of the resident and migratory birds.
Bring a bottle of water and snacks if you wish. Long pants and sleeves (to protect you from biting insects) and sturdy shoes are strongly recommended. Finally, don’t forget your binoculars, field guide and a notebook.
